Who is this for?

We are proud to work with actors, models, musicians, voiceover artists, and performers of all types and age groups. Our industry advisors have experience across film, television, theatre, commercials, voiceover, live performance, music, modeling, and print.

We work with anyone who is being asked to sign an entertainment industry contract or agreement.

Can I work with Talent Guard if I have an agent or if I am a part of a union?

Yes. Talent Guard works alongside performers who already have agents, managers, or union membership. We also support nonunion actors and unrepresented talent.

Our services are independent and are not a conflict of interest with existing representation.

Are you a talent agency?

No. Talent Guard is an independent entertainment industry consultancy, not a talent agency. We don’t represent clients, submit them for jobs, or take commissions. Instead, we help performers and families understand contracts, opportunities, and key decisions so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Is this just for contracts, or career direction too?

Both. Many people come to us for contract review, but we also provide ongoing career guidance. We help performers and families think through opportunities, timing, and long-term direction so decisions aren’t made in isolation.

Our goal is to offer clear, experienced advice that supports both the paperwork and the bigger picture of your career.

Do you work with content creators and influencers?

Absolutely. We regularly help content creators and influencers review brand deals, usage terms, licensing agreements, and long-term rights related to their image and content.
